How to Make Salmon with Passion Fruit Sauce

This recipe for salmon with passion fruit sauce is one of my absolute favorites. The passion fruit sauce is sweet, tangy and great for serving over fish or chicken. You can really use any fish for this recipe. I think it would be great with mahi mahi or any other white fish. Make sure you use fresh passion fruit. The canned stuff is not the same.
