How to Make Braised Pork in Sweet Soy Sauce

In this video I show you how to make braised pork. In my recipe I use pork belly and pork shoulder. The shoulder is used as a base for the braised pork, while the belly is cut into thin slices and marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and cornstarch.
