Chicken stir fry with mashed carrot. The chicken was stir fried with a little bit of olive oil, and salt and pepper. The carrots were boiled then mashed, and I added a little bit of butter and some milk to make it smoother. The vegetables I stir fried were cabbage, and mushrooms. The cabbage was boiled with salt and pepper, and the mushrooms were stir fried with a little bit of butter and salt and pepper. Then I added a little bit of soy sauce to the vegetables, and some sesame oil to the chicken. Then I put it all together, and it was delicious.#chicken , #carrot , #minicooking
